1. The promoter is The Portrait Hub Studio ABN 28 645 111 879 who is located at 222 Victoria Road Drummoyne, NSW 2047

2. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of Portrait Hub Studio and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

​

4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter were sent to players via email on or after your Session day at Portrait Hub.

6. Only one entry will be accepted per Session. 

​

7. Closing date for voting will be included in your Welcome to Share the Love email. After this date no further votes in the competition will be counted or permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for votes not received for whatever reason.

The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

Entrants are provided with a Voting Page that includes their favorite Portrait Hub image. Entrants then share their Voting Page with friends and family in order for their friends and family to Vote for them to Win the Campaign. Votes are counted for 8 days.

The Entrant with the most Votes Wins.

8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied by any voter connected to the Entrants within this competition.

 

11. The prize is as follows:

The prize is as stated and at other times alternative and additional prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes can not be used to receive images from another Session or Client from The Portrait Hub..

12. Winners votes will be counted and verified by WIX software, from all votes received and verified by WIX and Portrait Hub.

13. Voters must supply a legitimate Name, Email address and Mobile number when voting. Illegitimate information will result in a Vote not being counted. Any entrant using details of others without their consent in order to cast an illegitimate Vote will be disqualified and all individuals who's details have been used without consent will be notified of the breach.

14. The winners will be notified by Phone call and/or SMS within 4 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

15. Portrait Hub will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected or delivered.

​

16. Portrait Hubs decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

19. Any personal data relating to the winner or voters will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

20. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

21. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Portrait Hub and WIX and not to any other party. 22. Portrait Hubs decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
